Use of Apex

Apex is provided to authorized operators for loan-officer workflow support. Operators are responsible for using Apex only for lawful business purposes and only with accounts and data they are authorized to access.

Approval gates

Apex may draft communications, summarize context, or prepare suggested actions. Operators must review and approve borrower-facing communications, regulated representations, and business decisions before they are sent or relied on.

No replacement for licensed judgment

Apex does not replace licensed loan-officer judgment, compliance review, underwriting requirements, investor guidelines, or professional obligations. Operators remain responsible for final decisions and communications.

Beta product

Apex is currently available to selected design partners and may change frequently. Features may be incomplete, interrupted, or adjusted as the product improves.

Connector access

Operators may connect services such as Google Workspace or Gmail. Apex uses those connections only to provide requested workflow functionality and may be disconnected at any time by the operator or administrator.
